Best Resort on the South Coasr

Arrived early in Margate and requested early check in. The reception team was obliging and arranged for 1pm check in, really nice gesture.

Great service, from the security guard to reception and bar staff was inviting and excellent. Except for the gentleman entertaining the kids who was a bit grumpy

The location is superb just next to the lucien swimming beach. Accommodation is clean and spacious with spacious balconies. I stayed in the 3 bedroom full sea view apartment, highly recommended. All amenities are provided in the unit. The balcony does get a lot of sun for most of the day so I would recommend providing residents with an option for patio umbrellas. Perhaps an upgrade on the furniture in future?

Resort entertainment, bar and restaurant facilities are superb and reasonably priced. Tennis, squash courts are available onsite if one likes to get in some exercise. There is also a nice stretch of road along the beach if one likes to go for morning run.

Checkout was efficient with a nice parting gift. All in all, what an awesome resort. I highly recommend it and definitely return very soon.

Excellent service

We were greeted with a warm welcome. They offered drinks and popcorn at the reception. The restaurant on the premises is very reasonable priced and foods are tasty. There's also daily activities for kids. I enjoyed the quiet and beautiful seaview. The rooms are immaculately clean and we received a call from management to ask if we are comfortable and offered to assist, should we have problems

Husband's surprise birthday party at LA Cote de Azur

Awesome location, seaview and very clean and cosy accommodation.
Staff was very friendly. Check in was fast and efficient. Furnishings in the room was very modern and beautiful. Safe parking and gated resort. Pool area was awesome and entertainment was good but could have more activities for kids with Fred.

Ticked a lot of boxes

We arrived late. It was dark and raining. the time was 7p.m. We asked if there was somewhere in the hotel where we could order a sandwich. We were told that the coffee shop was closed and if we wanted to get something the Spar was up the road. My husband kicked up a fuss and they reluctantly came forward with a menu from the local pizza place. Seeing the coffee shop was only supposed to close at 8 this was a poor show.
Accommodation was satisfactory. Serviced only twice a week. Wonderful patio. Have to pay extra for aircon.
This timeshare needs to be remember that one goes on holiday to relax. Not to wash dishes after e very meal.
Unfortunately couldn't go down to the beach because the rains had washed the walkway away. We went to report this to the management who denied any knowledge of it.. Other than that a pleasant stay. Would we stay there again. No. Better accommodation elsewhere in Natal with service every day.
Normal proximity to the beach at normal times is first class

Thank you so much for rating our resort. We appreciate your feedback which is extremely important to us in our endeavour to maintain the highest of standards and service to all our guests. Your comment on the Coffee Shop will be brought to the Coffee Shop Manager's attention. For our guests' and staff safety with the COVID-19 pandemic the cleaning service was limited to twice a week. We are happy you were satisfied with the accommodation and enjoyed the spacious patio. Our Maintenance Team will be repairing the board walk down to the beach shortly. We hope you will visit us again soon.

Pay for aircon

When I booked the accommodation it stated air-conditioning
However when u check in you have to buy vouchers for the aircon. This is really the first time I experienced something like this from such a big group. Really disappointed
