Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, one of the worst hotel experiences. The showers and bathroom, open plan......no privacy at all. The shower door could not close properly, already no privacy, but ridiculous the the shower door couldn't close. Reception staff, should jack up. Stayed for 2 nights, after first night, cards were locked , an inconvenience ........no creams, shampoo and body wash in one bottle!, 1 small water in room, even though was n double room, we were 2 ppl. Think they trying to save on costs, pity.....it come to the fore, on rating this hotel. Will not go back....breakfast was decent.

The check in was a head ache felt the receptionist Vivian to be very rude and abrupt! You guys let out rooms to different online companies but when it comes to your guests checking in, its problems upon problems. Was made to like very low..
There is no separate bathroom and toilet, the doors dont close properly, whilst sitting on the toilet people in the room could see me doing my business..
Breakfast was very limited.. Toaster didnt toast properly people had to toast their bread twice, which lead to a long line, food got cold by the time i toasted my bread.. Was not worth it hence on the second day we didnt even eat the breakfast at the hotel.. This hotel prohibits you from bringing any food or drink from another restaurant into the premises but the food coming from Jeera is cold the pickle is raw .. They dont even give you a menu, when you ask for one they dont bring one for you!!!! I expected a better experience! This hotel is letting the Tsogo Sun's name down.. Please managers and employees visit monte casino to see how they treat their guests! Even go to Newcastle! A 1 star and see how they treat their guests!

Best of the best and best of the rest compare to other hotels. Suncoast towers they just renovated they hotels and it look great. They wifi its unlimited and its fast. I will go back again and again. Thanks for everything.
