Because of a fire at our original hotel, Blue Waters, we were allocated a room here, for which we were grateful, it was a bit pokey and overlooked the stunning view of the car park.
Anyway for the next 4 nights we upgraded to a suite- which was great.
All the staff were very good at looking after us and the guest relations chappie was more than helpful

This offer is a real value for money

We truly enjoyed our time at the Suncoast

It was just disappointing that the offer came with a spa voucher ,we could not use the spa voucher because the spa was fully booked for the entire weekend...

Surely there should have been some kind of future planning to cater for the additional bookings that would come with this Date Night Special and the spa vouchers.

Booking on the website was easy and reservations were very helpful when I needed to change dates. On arrival I was greeted and all paperwork was done. Room was very comfortable and the restaurant staff were amazing as well as the food. Next time in Durban I will be back.

The sun square hotel is nice but small rooms. Have to pay an additional R200 to have a view of the sea through a small window.. although the rooms are serviced daily, the carpets are really dusty so stay away if u have allergies and don’t want rashes. Lots of dust mites. I don’t think the carpets are vacuumed regularly. Some of The staff are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff are very slow, One has to constantly look for them if u need something.
