The staff was very helpful and friendly. They relocated me to another room on arrival as the first room was not made up yet. The 2nd room was very neat and clean. The noise levels can be a bit too high when you try to sleep. Breakfast was great but when ordering lunch from the restaurant on the patio they seemed to be out of most of the offerings on the menu. We opted for dinner somewhere else that evening.
Staff are awesome... facility needs cosmetic attention ... owner seemed rude and unapproachable... would I stay there again? I don't think I would and would I refer the hotel to anyone? I'd tell them how good the staff and that's where it would end
Absolutely love how every staff I've met always have a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. My third stay and each time it just gets better!!!!!. Thank you Coastlands for always making my visits memorable.
Excellently located hotel that is in the midst of renovations making parking a hassle. Accommodation is very comfortable and the breakfast is certainly well worth it. The rooms are somewhat dated but very comfortable and the balconies are certainly a nice addition to the traditional hotel room.
We had an awesome stay as we were looking for peace but not completely detached from the festivities of the season.
Our room on the 5th floor was a great size with a fantastic balcony & views.
The lack of a big pool considering the size of the hotel was a disappointment. Recommend management consider repositioning the pool area & of course make it bigger
