Great hotel with lots of nice amenities. Pillows were disappointing too flat. The tub in the bathroom was lovely. Roof top restaurant and pool is so nice. Allows for sitting outside which is important with covid 19. Great menu lots of variety and heat lamps and fire pits at night to help deL with the chilly air.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Sandton. Great staff and service. The rooms are modern and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and all toiletries, robes & slippers supplied. Guest services was exceptional.

Hotel is lovely, modern, beautiful room. Connected to fancy mall, quick walk from train station if coming from airport. Convenient walk to excellent restaurants, pleasant and helpful staff. Wonderful view out our window. I emailed ahead about a special occasion and they gave us a lovely fruit and drink bucket and card to celebrate in the room upon arrival. Also said they upgraded us to suite. Our room had a kitchen and separate living room/sleeping area for our teen son. Roof deck was nice for lounging and the breakfast was very nice. An excellent start to a wonderful vacation; definitely a good choice!
My second stay at the hotel and I was again not disappointed. Excellent service by staff hotel room was neat and very clean. breakfast have a good variety. Locaion of hotel is perfect was access to the mall.
This Hotel is perfectly located for Conference and Business purposes when needing to see Sandton Clients. Hotel staff are professional and provide good service from the rooms to breakfast. Close proximity to Nelson Mandela Square for dining purposes too.
