Very doable but nothing special

The staff are very friendly and seem to do their best to make things as comfortable as possible.
The room that i stayed in kept losing WIFI reception which made it very frustrating as we were there on business.
The overall state of the conference room was a little disappointing as the paint was peeling off the walls so it looked like it needed a little TLC.
I was not a fan of the cigar lounge being so close to the reception area as the smoke tended to flow through into the lobby, so people with asthma might be in for a tough time.
I like the fact that there was a shuttle service to the mall, very convenient.
it's location is perfect.

This hotel is not suitable for a business traveler.
Unfortunately my company books this hotel.
The worst thing is the internet. It's free but does not work most of the time. Wi-Fi only.
Relogon all the time. And if you get it to work, speed is slow and it will disconnect for sure.
Unable to make videoconference calls.

The second bad part is the Bull Run restaurant.
We had dinner with colleagues. One ordered chicken kebab which had some raw meat. Undercooked
And I ordered a medium rare steak of bad meat quality and which came to the table well done. Overcooked. This also happened on an earlier visit.

Reception takes note of complaints but in the last year nothing had changed.

Best to avoid this hotel if you have the opportunity.

As a VALUED GUEST, I was disappointed to hear about your experience in the Bull Run restaurant. With aspiration to always exceed guest expectations, we have unfortunately fallen short of this goal during your recent stay.
Your valued feedback highlighted a number of areas for improvement that I have since shared with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager and our Front Office Team, who join me in offering their apologies for their team’s shortcomings.

location very good, nice dinning room, nice bar, nice garden, food average, nice room but not big, very quiet place to rest, business, or family vacations. a place to go again for sure. you can go walking to the city

Room is cold with noisy refrigerator I dad to switch it off
Towels need to be more clean
Generally food is good specialty in bullrun restaurant
Some Reception staff need to be more friendly ( small smile can do good)

Great hotel, you can feel its history when you walk around it. And trust me you will walk around. Rooms are not that well signalized! We took 30mins to find the rooms.

Other than that, it was a great stay. The service is lovely.

My room was cold I've used blanket to keep myself warm. Told them but nobody showed up😣
After shower when I got the towel I found out that there were some spots on it and hairs 😫 I'm here cause it's a mandatory layover
