the garden court location is very convenient. the hotel must now look at replacing carpets with tiles which are user-friendly healthy-wise.
the timing of cleaning must not inconvenience clients who might want to take a longer rest.
maybe the hotel can improve on TV channels

Bathroom extractor fans need to work. The bathroom sink drain stinks with bacteria. There isn't sufficient lighting close to the mirrors in the rooms. The windows do not close properly, allowing noise to come in. The room type that was booked, well in advance, was not initially available even with a late check in.
The hotel is good for the price they offered. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. The staf is friendly. They may improve the service of drinks ect in the garden though, since I always had to go inside to find someone to ask. But this is just a minor thing and mostly a thing that would improve thier sales. Overall very satisfied with this hotel for this price on this location.
..and also the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time! Nothing to complain, and the shopping center right next to it makes everything very easy.
You can hear the traffic and construction noise from the streets even to the highest floors, but if you’re not too sensitive or can sleep with ear plugs on, it’s not a problem. I slept here very well, and everything else was great too.
It was a well rounded good stay at the garden court, from arrival to breakfast and and finally saying my good byes. Another good night's stay at the court. Nothing feels better than good service on any day.
