Had a great time with my wife and son. Celebrated our xmas and my wife’s birthday on the 25th of December 2020, and it felt like we were at home away from our home. The staff was friendly and I loved the pool deck.

We stayed just 1 night for a short trip to jhb. Our first time at a Radison blu hotel and we were impressed. The room size and bathtoom and the hotel itself was amazing. Check in and out was easy and the location is perfect. Close to sandton city and the gautrain. We will definitely be back and do suggest this hotel

Staff members should improve their attitudes during check in and out. The way customers are treated differently depending on class, etc is so visible and it discourages those who save for holidays with family looking for a lovely unique experience from their usual home environments. Make the experience equally good for all not be driven by greedy for tips to downplay other customers’ experiences. The lady who was checking people out on the dinner side on 26/12/20 was unfortunately very rude! I’m sure their attitude is something that can be improved.

Great experience I have had, I felt like a princess to be in that particular place, the hotel staff had a great welcome for me and my partner. The room was very nice, clean and technologically outstanding.

The security detail and the lady manning the front desk were indeed friendly and welcoming. The check in was seamless, everything done in excellent time. The hotel reception set-up is very excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean, I enjoyed the view from my hotel room window. The bedding, wow, so comfortable. The hotel is situated at a upmarket, peaceful environment. Really and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, comfortable and very pretty. Infortainment system was quite entertaining and the view was breathtaking. You get value for your money and security system is up to par.
