The hall we booked was prepared and conjucive for us to hold a formal function. The catering was excellent and we can't complain.

What a disgrace..the beautiful zoo now reduced to a fraction of it's former self..invasive plants flourishing..morning glory...hardly maintained full of litter..golf carts zooming around full of people on their cell phones..staff gathering in noisy flocks..litter..dirt and total neglect of the royal infrastructure which was so beautiful in the past. A real gem left to destroy itself..not worth the entrance fee of R110 pp..almost deserted on a Sunday..when teeming crowds would come to enjoy the beauty in the past. Come on NRF..PULL YOUR SOCKS UP!!!!

We just loved it, it brings back memories of when i was a child visiting. My teenagers also love going there, so much to see you have to pack yourself a nice pick nick basket so that you can enjoy throwing a blanket on the floor and sitting under the trees enjoy each other’s opinions of what you have seen and to speculate what you still going to see. But make sure you have comfortable shoes on, and lost of sunblock and enjoy. It is for young and old and never gets old going there.
