Comfortable accommodation but which is becoming shabby. Pieces missing from door frames, scuffs, television remote that doesn't work, and taps with the hot and cold settings incorrectly placed. Room service plates are left for 2 days outside in the courtyard. On the positive side, the staff are extremely positive and professional. The food is delicious and the setting is very relaxing.

Such a beautiful venue with some lovely staff serving food but sadly that’s where it ends. Arrived in a small group for business, more than half of us were allocated rooms with no working heating, rooms then had to be changed, some rooms still had no heating air cons working, we asked to sit together as a team and were told we could not, the food was very average to disappointing and room service was average. I have attended a number of facilities over time where service and food has been out of this world, this venue is far from that

Excellent service from all of the staff. The room was beautiful, the snack platter was delicious. We had dinner at Granita, the food was incredible. I liked that we weren't rushed out of the restaurant. Would definitely go back.

This is my second time coming to the Spa having moved to Pretoria. We did the 'Decadence' package. It was just wonderful, my daughter and I think it was one of the best massages we have ever had, I cannot recommend Matshidso highly enough and the facial was incredible. We then could use the beautiful spa and had a wonderful lunch, I cannot recommend the lunch enough, delicious, beautiful and really high end restaurant food. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will be back.
