Such a beautiful venue with some lovely staff serving food but sadly that’s where it ends. Arrived in a small group for business, more than half of us were allocated rooms with no working heating, rooms then had to be changed, some rooms still had no heating air cons working, we asked to sit together as a team and were told we could not, the food was very average to disappointing and room service was average. I have attended a number of facilities over time where service and food has been out of this world, this venue is far from that
