Excellent service from all of the staff. The room was beautiful, the snack platter was delicious. We had dinner at Granita, the food was incredible. I liked that we weren't rushed out of the restaurant. Would definitely go back.

Review of Kievits Kroon Gauteng Wine Estate

Such a beautiful venue with some lovely staff serving food but sadly that’s where it ends. Arrived in a small group for business, more than half of us were allocated rooms with no working heating, rooms then had to be changed, some rooms still had no heating air cons working, we asked to sit together as a team and were told we could not, the food was very average to disappointing and room service was average. I have attended a number of facilities over time where service and food has been out of this world, this venue is far from that

This is my second time coming to the Spa having moved to Pretoria. We did the 'Decadence' package. It was just wonderful, my daughter and I think it was one of the best massages we have ever had, I cannot recommend Matshidso highly enough and the facial was incredible. We then could use the beautiful spa and had a wonderful lunch, I cannot recommend the lunch enough, delicious, beautiful and really high end restaurant food. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We will be back.
Room tip: Make sure you use the spa when you stay at the hotel, it was the best value and the best treatment we have had as my two guests have agreed.

This was our first visit and from checking in to departure everything was exemplary. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our best was Eunice in the Signature Dining room, she made our anniversary very special

Wonderful, amazing experience! The staff were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The food was amazing and the whole atmosphere enabled us to relax fully and enjoy our time together. The place itself is also very beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Yvette and your team at Kievits Kroon. Thank you soooo much for the extra mile you went to accommodate our large group of family and friends after the wedding. You helped us to make sure each of our guests felt special and spoiled!
The luxurious rooms, bedding, coffee. Beautiful gardens, out of this world breakfast buffet.
