Lovely food, great service and in a nice setting. When in the Cape the Montebello design centre is one of my favourite places to visit, particularly the Mogalakwena shop. I always eat at the cafe in the garden.

Enjoy a leisurely stroll under the trees to get your fresh greens, coffee and delicious honey- all while your car is being washed. Or enjoy a breakfast at one of the restaurants.
Parking limited.

The walkways around the picnic cafe are hopelessly uneven and extremely dangerous. In addition some genius has added obstacles in the form of fish fin sculptures to guide you into this death trap. I saw an elderly fall heavily due to the uneven surface and cut herself badly on a metal cover. It's only a matter of time before someone sues the heck out of this place.

Quite a pleasant surprise: a big area full of shops, atelier, artist studios and a nice bar restaurant cafeteria.
We have visited a few of the artist’ studios and we have been fascinated by what is offered. On top everybody was so nice and always ready to explain, inform and give good advices.
We bought few things but We would have liked to get more: this is the perfect place to shop and to get some present to bring back home.
