Make sure Central Reservations know what they are doing - they "reserve" a deposit but actually take the money from your account and then tell you it will only be refunded within 7 to 14 days....! I will never use Central Reservation again.

Room Tip: My basin was blocked and my card key did not work. Had to go back to reception in the early hours of the morning to go and get it fixed.

I stayed 1 night at the Metcourt Hotel with my wife. It was a complimentary stay.

Check in process was interesting. The lady who help us was incredibly friendly yet very slow. We were issued a room key.. When we went into the room, there was somebody already in there and she was in the shower. Door closed

She started screaming and we exited as quickly as possible. The front desk didn't appear to think that this was a issue.

They gave a new room. The room was decent and standard hotel chain fare. Clean and comfortable beds.. Shower was relatively small but acceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet. The guy frying the eggs was good, friendly and definitely a great brand ambassador. Overall service was good. There was a great variety of food / fruit and cheese on offer. All very fresh and well prepared. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good experience.Enjoyed the stay.The check in was very easy and the staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous.Will recommend to friends and family.The facilities met our expectations.The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean.

I booked with Agoda for the 29 to 1st of October 2017. Being a reward card member I thought that we will get complimentary drinks and quick check in and given the same type of room on Agoda website and all these point will be put into our rewards card. I even gave the lady my card was nothing was done. The service was not up to par and this was not the Metcourt. At breakfast the my table had no teaspoons to mix your tea and furthermore I asked for hot milk but i was just given a little milk in my cup which was also cold. Why is the service so bad when I asked and waitress for a teaspoon she said I do not work on that side and then i took two from another table. My main concern is about service and my reward point because I feel that Metcourt should have been cheaper than Agoda. When booking on Tsogo Sun they are always cheaper than Agoda it makes you think

The rooms are too small. I could hardly fit into the shower and toilet.
Absolutely no atmosphere.
Was rather disappointed.
Breakfast was above average though.
It’s close to the airport and the lovely Ebotse Golf Estate. The casino is disappointing.
