I had the pleasure of visiting the much talked about Bigmouth recently.The food was excellent,service was amazing.Our waitress was attentive and her recommendations were on point.As she brought the bill to us I decided to tip 20% for the excellent service.The waiter politely asked if they could get their tip as cash instead of on the card.As she explained the company takes 50% of their card tips.I was more than happy to give her cash.I was disappointed,why would a waiter's hard earned tips be taken away from them??Despite the great food and excellent service.I give this restaurant 1 star.They are exploiting their workers and should be investigated!!!

Coming from Norway that was a great surprise
Espesially the tacos - both with salmon and tuna and the bowl with wonderful fresh fish and herbs.
Plan to go there and make a reservation to avoid queue!

Amazing restaurant, great location, good value for money, awesome staff! Had the tempura chicken poke bowl as my main and it was SO delicious!!! Also super amazing sushi! Officially my favorite restaurant!

First time having sushi... for some reason I have never been attracted to it in the past. I was pleasantly surprised though; looked pretty and most of the assortment tasted very good as well. The Big Mouth has great customer service; the waitress was super nice. Still not 100% sold on sushi though but let's see what the future holds :)

It is very nice restaurant, if you go to dinner you have wait on the queue. Steaks and sushi are very delicious. Friendly staff. My favorite restaurant in Sandton.
