“Unlikely looking and a bit of a mixed bag of food”

On the corner of a small row of shops on a side street suburban location: you won't stumble on this place. Is it worth the detour - probably not quite.

Good fresh sashimi, dry and uninteresting sushi. Mains a bit variable too: good beef ribs, dry steaks, uninspiring side salads. Atmosphere OK - toilets are off-site and a bit scary for little ones in the dark.

It's definitely worth making a stop off here just to taste the food. It's pretty amazing, and all the dishes are original.

I think this spot could be a real gem if they can get enough feet in the door and lift the atmosphere. The night I went we were the only table which is s shame because the food is just amazing. The decor is very vibes and everything Is cooked in some type of braai called a green egg. I think its makes the food different.

Definitely worth making a turn here, just to taste something different.

This great owner-run eatery is located in the suburb of glenhazel. They have a small menu with a great emphasis on Asian dishes. The dishes are delicate and extremely tasty.

Service is brilliant and very personal.

Have eaten there several times. The first time I had an amazing tuna dish on a bed of cabbage. The 2nd time had a korean style beef stir-fry and some incredible chicken breasts on a radish salad.

My only complain where the choc brownies which were slightly hard.

Will definitely be back as it becoming my local when in Joburg.

Heard about this place through the grapevine and decided to try it...

All I can say is wow!!! the food is unbelievable! I am addicted to the rib eye steak.
Have also tried the ribs (prob in the top 3 in JHB).

The food is served as tapas so you are able to order a couple of dishes to experience the variety of flavors.

Staff is friendly and always get a welcome chat from the owners.

Highly recommended!
