I found the View Boutique Hotel comfortable and pleasant with well appointed areas for dining and recreation. The staff were impeccably polite and helpful and always displayed a keen sense of hospitality.

This is a lovely place with a magnificent view, warm, friendly staff and a wonderful spacious and comfortable room. Every small detail was taken care of. The stay was EXCELLENT and I would recommend it to everyone!!! Furthermore, the food was exceptional and the service perfect! I must commend the staff for being really extremely professional and handling us like royalty! From the minute we walked in the Hotel up to being seen off at the end of our stay, we felt welcome and taken care of. I wish I could have stayed longer!

A very nice Boutique Hotel in Melville, Johannesburg, in a beautiful context. Here you can appreciate a wonderful view on the town, spending relaxing time in a garden, open to landscape. There is also a small but charming Spa, with a lovely swimming pool. All the staff will take care of you, with smiling people, ready to satisfy your need.

We stayed there twice within 10 days. First we stayed for three days in the Harrison suite and then one day in the Jeppe suite.
The hotel has only 6 suites and is a bit away from the center of Joburg. It's a historic place, so it's an old building renoveted with respect.
There is a reason whi it's called the view and from the terrasse there is the most fantastic view over the garden to Joburg.
The staff are so nice, serviceminded and always smiling. And they have a cook/chef who makes the most delicious food. There is a printet menu for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, she just tell you what options you have and ask what you want and when.
They stored our luggage while we were on safari and it was already in our room, when we returned.
They help arranging safe tours around in Joburg and we were so satisfied with our guide - Treasure - that also used his service to bring and pick us up from the airport when we returned from safari.

Room tip: Harrison suite is on first floor and have a balcony.
