Lovely place, clean, serene, kids friendly, fast WiFi, free mini bar without the alcohol and free snacks, not sure if it’s always free though. The service was impeccable and the luxury rooms are the best rooms for the best views and sunset views from your balcony.

gowns were dirty and they never bothered to give us clean ones after complaining about it. we found a packet of weed with match sticks in gown and make up on the gown collar.
in this second wave of a pandemic, we were told the hotel does not give sanitizers in the rooms, after calling to ask for one and we had to ask the waiter at the restaurant for one.
Amazing experience. Really enjoyed the time there. Really likes the room. The experience from the reception, to the porters. We really had a really great time. The staff was also very friendly and we definitely will be back
