My son's school stayed there over the weekend and they broke into there room and stole their bags. The manager was not very helpful when we told them that there were suspicious people in the hotel's grounds. We suspect they broke in through the window, because on the camera's we could not pick up that someone went in through the door.
On Monday the 3/06/2019 our company vehicles were parked on the secure hotel premises for the night.The next morning both vehicles had the batteries stolen. We immediately reported the incident to management & they replied a week later that they regret the incident but could accept liability and that we should claim from our private insurance.
I rate the hotels response "sad & unacceptable" as I don't believe this to be the appropriate response to a guest after what took place inside a hotel's secure parking area

They safe where very friendly and welcoming they where ready for me when I arrived.
My car was safe. However I was not happy with the shower and basin they where not clean at all I had to wash the basin so I could bath because the shower was too dirty I couldn't shower in it

We really have enjoyed our stay and wished we could spend d more time. My parents slept comfortably. Please put more options for breakfast as not everyone eats cereals. Value for money place. We will come again
