On Monday the 3/06/2019 our company vehicles were parked on the secure hotel premises for the night.The next morning both vehicles had the batteries stolen. We immediately reported the incident to management & they replied a week later that they regret the incident but could accept liability and that we should claim from our private insurance.
I rate the hotels response "sad & unacceptable" as I don't believe this to be the appropriate response to a guest after what took place inside a hotel's secure parking area
