We stopped over in Bloemfontein for a night on our way through to Cape Town. We arrived and queue was short to check in, however it took a little while for the reception to process people. We were given keys and then went straight out for dinner.
When we came back - walked up to our rooms and one of the keys wouldn't work. Then finally someone came out of the room and said they were in that room. We went back to the reception to say someone was in our room, and they gave us another key. When we went to that room, the key worked fine and we went in, but someone's stuff was in the room! The third room we were given was finally empty - but then there was a problem with the electricity.
We understand that they are fully booked and busy- but that was absolutely insane. They gave us a key and sent us to a room that was occupied! TWICE!!!
The rooms itself were fine for a stop over. Comfortable enough for what you pay.
