It's always a pleasure to stay here. Friendly staff. Hot bottomless coffee to keep us warm in this freezing weather. Most nb the hotel is located close to all amenities with secure parking.

The staff are incompetent to do their job of checking in guests and answering the phone.
Staff are rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Staff watch videos on private laptops in the reception which were overheard to contain excessive amounts of swearing, totally unprofessional.
Although a franchise hotel, their computer systems are not linked so you have to fill in forms at each Franchise and each time you check in as their system somehow doesn't save guest details.
Don't try and phone between 17h00 and 19h00, the phone is intentionally off the hook. Why? so that the one and only member of staff doesn't have to answer the phone.
The free coffee tastes like dish water - that's why its free.
The Nescafe dispensing machine doesn't have any paper cups.
The vending machine is out of order and has been for weeks according the receptionist.
You cant park in the parking bays near the gate because your vehicle will obstruct the security camera.. Hello, what is the parking bay for then anyway?
The automatically timed garden sprinkler waters the cars in the parking bays and not the garden.
The pedestrian gate is shut with a piece of wire because the latch is broken.
The plug in the hand basin doesn't retain water. What is the plug for?
The room smells of a disgusting disinfectant.
The LED strip lighting is falling off the wall.
The show rose doesn't stay in the retaining bracket in the shower.
The toilet is so small that the door touches your nose when seated.
The rooms are so small you can barely turn around.
I found both flees and bed bugs in my room and bed and will definitely not be back.
The breakfast is an absolute joke for the price charged and the hot breakfast is COLD!
