Although a franchise hotel, their computer systems are not linked so you have to fill in forms at each Franchise and each time you check in as their system somehow doesn't save guest details.
Don't try and phone between 17h00 and 19h00, the phone is intentionally off the hook. Why? so that the one and only member of staff doesn't have to answer the phone.
