Will make this very brief:
- Amazing service
- The hotel is beautiful
- Best place to stay in Bloemfontein
- I have stayed at most Southern Suns and other Tsogo Sun assets in the country. I can say without question this my favourite one.
- MVP's are Braam and the lady at the front desk in the day (I can't quite remember her name but I want to say something along the lines of Anelene? Very sorry I can't remember her name, but she's amazing.)
Thanks again for such an incredible stay. Looking forward to staying there again.

I enjoyed my two night stay immensely and was very comfortable while there. The food was well prepared and extremely tasty. Staff were very friendly and courteous. I will recommend to friends and colleagues and will definitely be back.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing!!
I especially liked the fact that I could go to the Mimosa Mall without having to drive anywhere. This allows for hassle-free shopping and dining at night. I would definitely stay here whenever I visit Bloemfontein.

Great service l had a wonderful experience the staff are warm, friendly and very welcoming and they are always willing to assist the facilities are beautiful the tranquility of the pool area with birdsongs it’s just wow.

The service received was very best from check in to porters and restuarant and the food has improved keep up the good service its commendable. Your front line staff are the best well mannered and has good customer care skills
