The pool and beautiful luxurious grass surrounding it are an absolute treat. Always book on the ground floor to enjoy a barefoot walk on their grass. Followed by a swim in their beautiful pool. Thank you for such consistency in maintaining your gardens.

All was excellent. From the moment of entry to the day we checked out, from breakfast to dinner, security, reception, all was superb. For a hotel next to the mall, it is impressive that there are no strangers in passages. The cleaning was impeccable. The garden is well kept

Return from holiday and Thabo went out of his way to accommodate us in terms of a booking despite the hotel being fully booked. We as a family enjoyed the stay and the swimming pool facilities. We will no doubt visit Southern Sun Bfn again.

The staff were superb - check-in and breakfast.
Very comfortable room with good linen but a little dated. No fridge and shower over bath. No outdoor patio furniture and only one easy chair.
Typical 80s type hotel and rooms can be a longish walk.
Good breakfast with superb service from all staff.
I would stay here again.
