The staff were superb - check-in and breakfast.
Very comfortable room with good linen but a little dated. No fridge and shower over bath. No outdoor patio furniture and only one easy chair.
Typical 80s type hotel and rooms can be a longish walk.
Good breakfast with superb service from all staff.
I would stay here again.

I was travelling from Johanesburg to Elliot (Eastern Cape), I had a 3 month old baby and I need a place to rest and that is how I stumbled to this beautifull place. The pool area is to die for. The breakfast is world classs.

Great facility for a stop over after a long trip from the Eastern Cape. Very friendly staff and clean facilities.
Rooms are very clean with aircon, big swimming pool to cool off in the heat.
Full continental breakfast with good service.

Overall service of the hotel was excellent. i am greatly impressed by the whole range of services offered at the hotel. As someone who came with my family, it was an impressive first experience hence I have committed myself to use the hotel whenever I get an opportunity to be around Bloemfontein. I will recommend it to all my friends wherever I go.

One major issue that was not resolved as it occurred on the next day as well, the staff parks guests vehicles at the drop off zone, which is left there over night. The issue was that when I wanted to drop off my family and luggage due to the rain, I could not access the drop off area in front of the hotel due to four cars being left unattended in front of the hotel. I confronted the staff about this and it took 10min for them to have the cars removed. This happened the next day again with staff allowing guests to leave their vehicles in the drop off area. I found this to be very unprofessional, and the fact that it is re-occurring bad management.
My second issue with the hotel was, that the staff at check-in refused to call the manager to allow me to bring this issue under his attention.
My third issue was that the room was dusty, and with me being sensitive to dust, ended up with a closed nose the next morning.
