One major issue that was not resolved as it occurred on the next day as well, the staff parks guests vehicles at the drop off zone, which is left there over night. The issue was that when I wanted to drop off my family and luggage due to the rain, I could not access the drop off area in front of the hotel due to four cars being left unattended in front of the hotel. I confronted the staff about this and it took 10min for them to have the cars removed. This happened the next day again with staff allowing guests to leave their vehicles in the drop off area. I found this to be very unprofessional, and the fact that it is re-occurring bad management.
My second issue with the hotel was, that the staff at check-in refused to call the manager to allow me to bring this issue under his attention.
My third issue was that the room was dusty, and with me being sensitive to dust, ended up with a closed nose the next morning.
