As we arrived tired trying to check in the receptionist told us about the new rules so therefore our booking had to be changed because my mother in law has booked for us with her membership card however we thought we might as well register ours and it was successful what I fail to understand why would the lady assisting us rather focus on the positive of telling us of our options instead of focusing on negative. The room was clean but the pillow cases were smelling so bad you could tell they did not change the pillows. Was so disappointed.
