Definitely stay away. On arrival, took about 10 minutes to check in, 2 colleagues and myself. Once checked in, 2 additional front desk staff members arrived/appeared.
The disaster was dinner. Took about 20 minutes to take our order. Once order was taken, had to follow up twice on food. Once food arrived, which was average at best. Colleague requested steak ‘well done’, received it rare. Had to return twice at which time we had long completed our meal. Table across from us had to return their steaks as well. When requesting our bill and complaining about our experience. Took 15 minutes to get the bill. We left requesting to discuss our experience with manager/owner in the morning.
In the morning after relaying our story to the manager, she apologized and that was it. When I informed her that we would not be having breakfast based on our experience, even though we were on a B&B rate, no acknowledgement at all.
Terrible experience and no understanding of customer service.
