We played the course end of August. Right at the beginning we were told the greens would be bad as three weeks before was hollow tining. Therefore reduced greenfee. The staff provided us with a towel as the weather looked not that good. Halfway we were picked up from the 9th green and got a lift to the halfway house. Second nine it started to rain and in no time there was a staff member asking if we want to keep going. Brought new towels and later a glass of Sherry. We felt treated like kings. Never had that experience before. Also the greens were in very good conditions. That course deserves to be in the top ten maybe even in the top five. Thanks again to the friendly staff members. You made it a lifetime experience. By the way it's a great course.
