Description: The only Boutique Wine Estate Restaurant slap bang in the middle of The Garden Route! Enjoy an afternoon of locally produced handcrafted wines and our award winning fine bubbly, tapas , cheeses, meats, pates and more all served with freshly baked homemade breads and polished off with a decadent dessert. We now have a new picnic area and you can see elephants roaming, bookings essential. We love to serve food that is seasonal and that reflects our local farmers in the area. Set in the beautiful Bramon vineyards and overlooking the Tsitsikamma mountains and The Elephant Sanctuary. Everything we do is guided by our vision that homemade and fresh produce is always better. In Preparing our dishes we are making sure we use as much of our local produce as possible.

We went for lunch on a very cold Spring day, but were accommodated inside although we had booked outside. The restaurant is cozy inside and you just have to turn your head a little to see the vineyards outside. The menu is Tapas only, and you cannot be blamed to think that you might go home hungry unless you spend a fortune, but we ordered 2 dishes each and a small bread to share, This was more than enough and the bread was really yummy and much bigger than expected. All in all a really pleasant afternoon out. I would prefer the staff to be a little more attentive as they seemed to busy to stop and find out if everything was OK or if we maybe wanted to order something else. I asked for the dessert menu just to see what they had on offer, but never got it.

Their tapas spread and The Crags Nectar were a great combo! Perfect day with some sunshine and good wine with friends.

We did not eat in the dinery but tried one or two wines. The wine sales office is rather spartan but the service was excellent. The lady in charge of the wine tasting new her subject well but the wines are no better than average, rather on the expensive side. Nevertheless, an enjoyable experience.
