Description: The only Boutique Wine Estate Restaurant slap bang in the middle of The Garden Route! Enjoy an afternoon of locally produced handcrafted wines and our award winning fine bubbly, tapas , cheeses, meats, pates and more all served with freshly baked homemade breads and polished off with a decadent dessert. We now have a new picnic area and you can see elephants roaming, bookings essential. We love to serve food that is seasonal and that reflects our local farmers in the area. Set in the beautiful Bramon vineyards and overlooking the Tsitsikamma mountains and The Elephant Sanctuary. Everything we do is guided by our vision that homemade and fresh produce is always better. In Preparing our dishes we are making sure we use as much of our local produce as possible.

We ate at Bramon and sat in-between the vineyards (under a canopy) despite pouring rain. It was still well worth the drive out and a beautiful and unusual setting. The strips of vineyards separates you completely from other diners, and it is just lovely to be surrounded by such greenery.

The food offering was fantastic, varying from many cheese options to delicious salads, calamari, meatballs etc, to chose as tapas.

My only criticism is the R48 charge for a small home baked bread which I really feel should be offered at a reduced price or even free of charge if you are spending close to R100 on each tapas plate, which is already pricey.

The service was excellent and very efficient. I hope to go back on a sunny day!

The freshly baked bread was the best I’ve had in South Africa, good choice of tapas (although a little heavy on the cheese). But the USP for this place is the setting, the background and the vineyard surrounding you as you eat. Lovely light refreshing wine (The Craggs) and excellent service completed a lovely experience and not to be missed if you are in the Plett area.

The wife and I give it a strong 9/10 this who have visited SA will know the food and wine are amazing and this place is no exception. Simply put outstanding food good staff and nice setting wines not bad either all in all I'd highly recommend it (especially the mussels and the blue cheese).

Another rainy day on the Gardenroute, we visited Bramon and my clients left happy and with a full tummy and smiling faces.
The charming waiter "Jade" made sure that the service was perfect and the food was the delicious. My client said it was the best hummus he has ever tasted.
Thank you to all at Bramon for making this rainy day, a wonderful day after all.
I definitely will stop again with my clients in the future.
