The food was average. They charged for everything including sharing. I ordered a single, they charged me a double. The waiter was definitely not the friendliest person, probably because he knew his tip was included in the bill. I come from Jhb, where we have tons of fine dining restaurants.. the service needs to to A class and the food needs to be irresistibly delicious. But this was truly avg. defiant not value for money.

It is always enjoyable to visit Grazia as they always have the best meals. Their meals are always cooked into perfection by professional chefs and their staff from reception to waiters are always professiona, friendly andwilling to assist. Their meals are hot from the pot.

We walked in without a reservation last Saturday as our "Hotel" we were going to eat at was a terrible disappointment. On hearing our sad story, the manager organized a table, even though they were pretty busy, so we were very grateful for that. We had an absolutely stunning meal, and compared to our last unfortunate experience here a few years ago, we were so pleased that we can confidently say that we had one of the better meals we have ever had while dining out. Staff friendliness, service, meal, everything 100%. A great evening.

What a wonderful evening with perfect food amazing service and our waiters were simply fantastic. We can recommend the Seafood medley and Snails for starters and the Mains are excellent no matter which you choose. We chose steak and each steak was cooked to perfection. The rest of our party chose different dishes and each one enjoyed their meal. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.
