“Great spot; gracious owners”
We stayed only one night at Hoylake Inn but enjoyed it very much. The owner, Laura, was friendly and informative, and the room, which included a mini-kitchen, was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The only down side was some noise related to the construction of a new parking lot for the Inn next door. Would stay again in a flash.

“Beautifully located”
The bed and breakfast is located very conveniently to the beach , the city area and the convention centre. At present there are fairly dramatic renovations taking place. The owner is very attentive and pleasant. The room is large and airy and the view is great.
The room could do with a revamp and the linen is tired. Perhaps this will happen once the alterations are completed.

“clean tidy good value”
Loverly couple nice and quiet and close to good shopping and restaurants .Owners very helpful with any requests
