Lovely location and beautiful view. Quiet. Excellent wifi and tv/streaming options, load-shedding free thanks to generator, great food (tried all 3 meals a day!) and friendly hosts, decor with character in rooms and dining room.
Not ideal for a family holiday though; better for business trip/adults.

I have been looking for a decent place to stay in East London for years and finally found the one. Found my go to place in the city. Met all my needs with great, tastefully decorated rooms, great host and view of the river.

Love the accommodation. Every aspect is great. The view is amazing, food and guests are lovely. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Everything is nice and prestine. I would definitely come back again , I already miss the amazing view from my room

My stay was so comfortable, I really didn't want to leave. The room with the small courtyard offered everything I needed - privacy, comfort and peace. The Wi-Fi was excellent and microwave / fridge handy for evenings when I just wanted to stay in. The breakfasts are a highlight, beautifully presented and delicious. The hosts' kindness and warmth make this truly feel like a home away from home.
