Like many others, our party visited as part of our Dalyan check out experience.
The hotel initially seemed well presented but the rooms are a bit tired and ramshackle and VERY pokey. Our shower was broken and the place really felt like it could do with a refurb. The Wi-Fi is not free and there is no television or other services in the room - not great.

The staff were polite but generally uninterested and a bit detached.

Somewhat strangely, the pool area is beautiful, very tidy and well presented, but considering we were literally there for an afternoon it was moot.

We were served dinner in the afternoon which was *okay* but very limited. The fruit and veg looked very sorry for itself and there was only one meat dish which was served alongside some extremely overcooked pasta. The bread was nice mind you...

Drinks were available but not included, and the prices were a bit high, the whole dinner experience I would classify as "stingy".

This place would would probably serve just fine as the location for an active holiday where you ate out three meals a day and spent little time in the hotel, but I certainly wouldn't want to spend much time there.

Room Tip: Try and avoid the upstairs rooms, the access is poor.

Arrived here after a wonderful Dalyan trip and initial impression on arriving was what a lovely hotel. However minutes later after lugging our suitcases up a steep flight of stairs we were disappointed with the room allocated. Crammed in to the smallest of rooms were two single beds a wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom was tiny, barely room to move and the shower was broken. If all the rooms were like ours then this isn't a suitable hotel for anyone wanting a base to stay for more than a day or two.

The only redeeming features were the poolside courtyard and the food laid on for us although oddly they couldn't even offer us a cup of tea, just soft drinks or alcohol.

Verdict: if your passing through backpacking then yes it's probably okay but for anyone wanting a weeks holiday or more stay away.

Omg!! After a fantastic day we came here as flight was at 2AM, entrance and pool looked great..
The room was awful, you could feel all the springs in the bed, ( no way would I attempt to sleep in it) shower was full of mould and food was inedible! Thomson need to do something as there is no way on earth this is 3star accommodation.
Avoid at a costs

My partner and I came here as part of the Dalyan checkout on our last day.
It's not as bad as some reviews make out.
Staff were friendly.
Food was nice, local food but better than other excursions and we went for more.
It was near to Dalyan centre, but seems more residential than we expected, definitely go and have a walk round if its your last day. We bonded with a lovely dog (not stray as had collar and tag but roaming around) who came for a walk round the town and harbour with us!
Rooms... They are basic, it was clean but the door was rotten at the bottom and cracked at the bottom due to the rot. The decor was nice, but the bed sheet you sleep under wasn't a nice material. Bed was uncomfortable (we slept for couple of hours before transfer) and pillows were awful but I'm sure we could've asked to swap them. 2 smoked cigarette butts on patio chair on our balcony (neither of us smoke) and the towels were hard and smelled of cigarettes.
Shower and bathroom facilities were fine. TV worked, aircon wasn't very good.
I'd still use the check out trip service again because we could sleep and shower right until transfer time and it was only 20 mins from airport. Facilities are more than adequate for a few hours prior to airport transfer.
