This was the first hotel that I booked in Costa Rica. It does not serve breakfast which I later learned is unusual. The other 4 hotels that we stayed in all included breakfast. The wi-fi worked well only in the hotel reception area which had no air conditioning and was hugely uncomfortable. The hotel is located in Quepos, surrounded by concrete sidewalks, pavement and other buildings and it was just incredibly hot and humid during the day. There were restaurants in the neighborhood, but not stellar. On the plus side, they gave us a terrific person as a guide in the nearby Manual Antonio national park.
