i can really recommend hotel blue conga!
just before christmas traveling alone through costa rica, puerto viejo an specially hotel blue conga made me never feel alone, stephanie, flora and nicole were able to read my mind and to read my wishes. many thanx especially to stephanie for every recommendation and and all the helpful organisation of my ongoing trip.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
the rooms, in hotel blue conga are very charming and in the first floor loving furnished.
having a a great breakfast by the pool was a perfect start in every day.
go there - feel there - stay there.
enjoy!

Stephaine was great to deal with. Our weather wasn’t the greatest but she was very helpful and accommodating to letting us use dates at a different day. Pool is small but good, nice rooms good location

Spent 5 night in this wonderful place. Off the main road and 15 minute walk from the main part of town. Restaurants all around. Walk to Cocles Beach. Breakfast included. Plunge pool. Room in the upper floors at the best if you can get them.

We loved our stay at Blue Conga, there was a really friendly and laid back atmosphere which was very welcoming. We were very grateful to receive a free upgrade to a superior room, which was bright and airy with an upstairs balcony, I particularly enjoyed laying out in the hammock provided!

The pool is small but perfect for relaxing and cooling down.

Beers & soft drinks available via an honesty bar and unlimited free filtered water - a nice touch.

The breakfast consisting of some kind of eggs, fruit & toast was tasty and varied slightly each day.

The only downside was the howler monkeys who make quite a racket, but the noise is worth it for being such natural & beautiful surroundings - just pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper!!
