We loved our chalet. We were lucky enough to have the chalet with the Jacuzzi outside. Really roomy and really comfortable beds. Lovely veranda with hammock to relax in. Fairly traditional decor which may not be for everyone but we found it charming. In a great location tucked away but only 5 minutes from the main street. Enjoyed listening to the monkeys in the morning. Sandra the owner was very helpful. Very relaxed stay.

We visited for a long weekend and loved it, this place has very friendly staff that are always willing to help you with a smile in their face. The cabins are very cozy and quite nice with a touch of elegance, also they provide you with privacy.
Visiting this ecolodge definelly enhance our experience in the Caribbean coast!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and really had minimum contact with staff. Tried to checkin - reception locked...then somebody came, gave us basic instructions and bye...no info about park or else...

Bungalow was clean indeed and looked very nice, but...we had cold water for three days...they tried to fix it but didn't...

Breakfast was served and you had to mark what/how much of everything which is kinda boring after day one as you get the same juice/fruits/toast every day.

Location is OK as you can walk to the national park and Cahuita town.

Aircon was also placed very clumsy above the bed, so it blows directly on you and believe me you can not sleep without it on 31C...

Wifi was working OK for the whole time.

Rooms are small and clean; good service. Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Basic restaurant. Relatively isolated; 10 minute walk to town centre of Cahuita and beaches and national park. The name of the ecolodge (Ciudad Perdida / Lost City) fits the site and location. Good base to explore the region.

During the month of March we had the opportunity to visit this beautiful area of the south Caribbean in Costa Rica. The hotel was one of the nice experiences we had on this trip, it was very clean, safe and the staff was very professional, the breakfast was very.
Two of the persons in our group arrived late to the hotel and by the time we got to the hotel the maid was already waiting for us at the door of their cabin, this class of service goes above the normal expectations for a small Eco lodge. I highly recommended and for sure I'll like to go back.
