The hotel and the employees exceeded our expectations! We were so impressed with the hotel, upscale, quiet, beautiful, romantic. The food was amazing. We’ve never had “free breakfast “ that good. Dinner was also excellent. We ended up eating there every night. Everyone made us feel like they were there to make sure we had what we needed. There was always a warm smile and a can do attitude. I think this hotel is very special in La Fotuna. Stay there, you’ll love it!

Ti-fakara was a highlight of the trip for my wife and I. From the moment we arrived, we were so well taken care of. The hotel is stunning, overlooking the rainforest and Volcano Arenal. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Each morning the staff put out papaya on a nearby tree so the guests can watch tropical birds while they eat. The pool and jacuzzi facilities were well maintained and relaxing. The hotel do a frog night walk around the property, which was a must if you're staying here. Kevin was specifically very knowledgeable of the frogs and fauna, and entertained our group thoroughly. The staff were fantastic, always going above and beyond to provide help or accommodate us, especially Camilla and Charlie. Overall this was an excellent stay

Ti-fakara provided us with one of the best hotel experiences of our life. From the activities, to the service, and the room, everything exceeded our expectations. A few of the people who provided us the great customer service were, Kevin, Joseph, Ana, and Jay.
We had a great night walk looking at plants, frogs, and other wildlife which was a great experience. We were able to order room service which was easy to order via WhatsApp and they were quick to get the food to us. Hands down the best experience we had in Costa Rica. I am looking forward to returning next year. I definitely recommend this hotel over the rest.
