Educational small zoo/rescue centre with surprising variety of animals including a jaguarundi and a depressed puma.

This is a wonderful place to see all the wildlife of Costa Rica. Not a typical zoo (I don't support those), this is an animal rehabilitation center. Injured wildlife is brought here to heal and when possible are reintroduced to the wild. One of the attractions is a Toucan with a prosthetic beak. This guy could never survive in the wild and is lucky to have a home. Good place for the whole family to visit.
