Love the restaurants, bakery downstairs. Ideal location between two major metro stops. Not as luxurious as the newer constructions, but location still great.
Managerial rigidity seems to be sending those in our company to the nearby Shangrila and 4 Seasons. Closing the outdoor pool at 7pm when the indoor pool is rather tiny and we come back on a hot an heavy evening - not a great policy. Ritz Portman's an older property compared to others in Shanghai, so they really need to use their assets to the fullest.
Breakfast is great, both in lounge and downstairs.More
