If you are visiting Aerocity New Delhi then my suggestions goes to Pullman and its staff who are extremely hard working and passionate towards their duty to come back to their standards. In this time of uncertainty in service industry , I'm amazed to see the vibrancy and motivation in the team which continues to give my very positive vibes.
I must name staff rather stars of Accor : Ms Neha Kapoor and her Team : Mr Nitin and Front Office team Chirag and many others (mostly in connect services) in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their passion is very visible in their extreme dedication towards their work .
Due to covid there may be many layoffs / job changes etc and running a successful business with usual high standards require certain number in team which is missing at the moment , still making the best comfort possible is commendable.
Hotel offers honk which offers great Chinese cuisine and it's my favourite and even restaurant named Food exchange at Novotel side has been upgraded with different feel to make a great come back.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Aerocity for a weekend break of business trip.
