We booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4 for 3 nights. It was a little dingier that I expected from the reviews & pictures. The room smelt a bit musty, but overall clean. They should clean the walls and surfaces to remove the black from accumulated fingerprints. However the infrastructure is spectacular - heat exchanger in each room, hot water, free coffee. Shower nice and bathrooms clean. We had booked a double room but were given bunk like the kids' room. The upper bunk had an exhaust fan that blew incessant cold air despite our heating the room. This made the person sleeping on it cold and sick - very uncomfortable. Our room phone stopped working after first day. There are fruit vendors outside, as well as general store. We walked to Connaught st a couple of times. There is no sidewalk at times which makes it scary but after a while there is a nice sidewalk. Beware of persistent louts outside who try to lure tourists.

title pretty much says it. clean rooms were awesome, shower and bathroom was awesome. hotel looked like in pictures. great. but for a nomad like me wifi is important. none of the reviews mentioned that the wifi, while free, was FIFTY SIX KBPS. 56. i tested it all day so this is not a fluke. its the kind of thing that if its not important to you you are rolling your eyes right now. but those who need good wifi be warned. apart from that, location opposite delhi railway is much better than other options on tripadvisor because you dont have to wade through the main bazaar.

Room tip: get a room that doesnt face the street. noise.

if you love the colour yellow than this place is for you. modern accommodation with minimalistic decor. comfy bed, shower reasonable, good tv channels and wifi worked well. the restaurant in the hotel is expensive. staff asked us at the end of the stay if anything could be improved. we mentioned that the lights in our room was constantly flickering and he kind of laughed it off but it was actually pretty annoying. the stand out staff member was the doorman. he was so helpful. he even made sure the rickshaw driver wasn't going to overcharge us. we ordered transport through the hotel to the airport which cost 300 rupees more than what we paid to get to the hotel but was more convenient than trying to hustle a legit cab off the street.

We stayed at Bloomroom when we arrived in and departed from New Delhi. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and about 700 meters from a subway station that leads directly to the airport. The hotel itself is extremely well maintained and functional. Its yellow and white design adds a special and unique touch. There is a good restaurant in the basement and the staff is very friendly and professional.

A magnificent budgetary place to stay in New Delhi. Very very good food up to western standards. Rooms met up with exceptional standards. The staff was very good. The place is like a cartoon drawn hotel beyond imagination..

Room tip: I think all are good..
