Very well laid out inside this lovely house on one of the main streets. We had a guide taking us around; not sure if there is separate information at the entrance but there isn’t any information as you go round which is my only criticism.

Not sure I would pay to visit this place. It was part of our Travelsphere tour. Small museum no photos allowed?? OK for a quick visit but if you are not into the history of the place or viewing uniforms and furniture I wouldn't bother.

A total ripoff in my view. €5 to see, from what I can gather in my quick peek inside, weapons and outfits. And pics aren’t even allowed! No thanks.

Cetinje, the old royal capital, is a nice half day excursion. There are few historic buildings, King Nicholas (Kralj Nikola) palace, Cetinje Monastery and Biljarda, the former residence of bishop-kings. And a few nice cafes for people watching. The museum is OK, more appreciated if you were Montenegrin.

The small castle in the center of Cetinje is hiding the Royal Museum. If you Google on Cetinje you find the Museum and can easaly have a virtual tour around the museum. But - the real tour of the museum is MUCH better. It is fresh and well renovated with a very interesting collection of items from the Royal Montenegrian Court. I can stongly recommend you to take the trip from the sea side and pay a visit to Centinje - the old capital of Montenegro.
