Its a great hotel, only downside is the noise from dance clubs near by. BUT we didn’t have one sleepless night.
Fab location for old town, two minutes away from the beach incl water sports and if you want a night out there are 3/4 clubs 5 minute walk.
Noise, as mentioned by others finishes spot on at 1 am. We were lucky enough to be facing the opposite side and with closed windows had no trouble with sleeping (air con kept us cool).
I personally wouldn’t recommend sea view rooms, there would be trees in the way and likely to have worst noise issues.
Hotel is brand new so its in a great shape.
Room was a great size, nice bathroom with shower and free safe to use. One improvement would be better make up/hair station but easy enough to do it in the bathroom.
Pool was always clean, manned and had probably some of the best staff. we have managed to be absolutely fine with towels they are available they just have a funny card system. I would recommend their lunch.
restaurant and the terrace were all lovely too with band on every night if you want to stay. Breakfast has plenty of options so we were able to find something. You Might want to take breakfast tea bags.
staff were plesant and helpful, I think language may be the reason why no one has rated it as excellent customer service.

Great location near the old town and the restaurants by the sea.
Feel free to check the bedroom, staff is very flexible.
Swimming pool is great with a sauna.
Breakfast is tasty & don't hesitate to have it outside, the experience is really different!!

Stayed a week as part of a Jet 2 holiday - just me and my husband. Lovely hotel. Pool area very nice indeed. Breakfast - good. Yes some strange options such as broccoli but plenty of other options. Coffee wasn’t as good as it could have been.
Budva itself - a tale of two halves. Loud and brash family resort one way and the lovely old town the other way. We liked the quieter part but it was good to see so many families enjoying themselves. The music is loud but it didn’t stop us sleeping but then we were on the side of the hotel facing away from the sea. It stops at 1am.
Staff in bars and restaurants in Budva could be a bit perfunctory in their service style but they were always efficient if not always friendly. The hotel staff were much more friendly and accommodating particularly the pool guys and the receptionists who answered all our questions graciously and efficiently.
Overall we had a lovely week and would visit again.

I stayed at Hotel Budva for 4 nights in August.

Pros- convenient location, free parking, rooms clean with comfortable beds. Had an ocean front room and was decently quiet, maybe loud for other guests. Pool was lovely, however two large condos block the afternoon sun.

Cons- breakfast was the worst spread I have ever seen, it included piles of steamed broccoli, overcooked omelets, stale bread, and the worst espresso machine money can buy- it combined powdered milk with water for their version of a cappuccino.
-Staff was very unfriendly, and were oddly protective of the ugly orange pool towels they gave out. Considering the price of the place this was unacceptable.

Overall- Not worth the money- much better options as we decided not to stay there for our last night.
