Do not stay here unless you really have no other choice. It is not up to Western standards. For $100 USD per night, it is actually quite expensive for what you get. It is dilapidated and dirty. The employees are not very friendly, but they also look exhausted & exploited. Even on their website, you can see that all the bedsheets are mismatched. There was no hot water. There was only water pressure during certain times of day. The facility is not maintained with several buckets collecting drips from the ceiling. The food at the restaurant was rather expensive (compared to several other places we ate in Lagos). The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that you can walk next door to the domestic terminal in Lagos. This is the first country I've been to where airport security asks you for tips. As a non-African, I would not recommend walking around the surrounding neighborhood of the hotel.

Room tip: ask for a room with a functioning a/c and that has a non-dripping ceiling

I checked into this hotel with my wife in June of this year for about four days, rooms are very small for the price but compared to other hotels, it was clean, but you only get one towel and no wash cloth, good and very nice and respectful employees who are always willing to help.Hotel food is not reasonable at all neither are the drinks and I'm not talking about beer.Food for two and soft drinks can run around 10000 to 12000 nairas.
Hotel cost about 15000 naira a night which is about $100.00 but you are basically paying for a Motel6 with no wash clothes and one towel.
Employees work 48hrs straight before a day off, they are always seen sleeping around but who can blame them?No one can be effective working 48hrs straight. They need to change this policy so the employees can be more responsive to their guests.
Hotel system in Nigeria need an Overhaul.

Room tip: All the rooms are basic and don't forget to take extra wash clothes and towel with you.You can walk 5 mins from the hotel to find at half the price of what it will cost you at the hotel.

Temptingly close to both domestic terminals that you can walk it in 5 mins from the new terminal and only 2-300 metres from the old terminal. However this is a hotel that location as its only recommendation. Single storey, the rooms are laid out along dark corridors, and as always only the superior rooms seem to available when booking. Clean enough inside the noise from neighbouring rooms and outside is constant. We had a trumpet player at 4.00am, rail close by and TV noise.
The retaurant is vastly overpriced and staff who have no interest in serving or dealing with complaints. Both reception and restaurant clearly see guests as interuptions to an otherwise lazy day checking mobiles and watching MTV, and are happy to rinse you for up to £100 with food per day. I really resented this, and the belligerent attitude that pervades this hotel will in no way entice me back, no matter how handy it may be. The building itself and layout is actually not bad and it's a shame that in this location such a potentially useful site that avoids hacking into Lagos should have missed its mark so completely...

Budget traveler, just need to sleep? Then do this one to yourself. If you have options, DONT. Close, almost walking distance to the domestic airport, most taxis will rush to take you there because they pay the taxi drivers. So if u negotiate well, a taxi driver will take you there free and get his "tip" from the hotel. It is literally two minutes around the corner. But that is the only good thing other than there is a late restaurant where you can grab a beer and a meal. Food will be local fare--and sorry but it is for the stomach only--and to avoid starvation. Dont expect to "dine." Rooms are equivalent to a no name brand roadside motel in the USA only with less working amenities. It is a bed for the night...nothing more. And it will cost $100 minimum. Further, if the $100 rooms are booked, the idiot at the front desk (and I hope the manage fires her) will let guests walk away riather than accept $100 for the $110 room...that level of business "sense" tells you all you need to know about this place. You get what you pay for, and they give what you pay for. Avoid this unless you are deadly broke and dont have an option to sleep in the airport. You might be better off just sitting in the restaurant and drinking beer all night and doze off there rather than pay for a room. I am usually a gentle reviewer and this two star rating is more than fair.
