Temptingly close to both domestic terminals that you can walk it in 5 mins from the new terminal and only 2-300 metres from the old terminal. However this is a hotel that location as its only recommendation. Single storey, the rooms are laid out along dark corridors, and as always only the superior rooms seem to available when booking. Clean enough inside the noise from neighbouring rooms and outside is constant. We had a trumpet player at 4.00am, rail close by and TV noise.
The retaurant is vastly overpriced and staff who have no interest in serving or dealing with complaints. Both reception and restaurant clearly see guests as interuptions to an otherwise lazy day checking mobiles and watching MTV, and are happy to rinse you for up to £100 with food per day. I really resented this, and the belligerent attitude that pervades this hotel will in no way entice me back, no matter how handy it may be. The building itself and layout is actually not bad and it's a shame that in this location such a potentially useful site that avoids hacking into Lagos should have missed its mark so completely...More
