Stayed for two days between 16th june t 18th june...it was excellent stay..front office ramcharan helped a lot...we left our flask he courier back the same ..responsible man...restaurent manager Mr.bala courtious great appreciate him...chef sundar awesome food...housekeeping in charge done his part i forgt his name...entertainment part Mr.Bala engaged with lot of games we clelebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary with surprise gift..overall it was an excellent experience...family resort

Calm location, away from city. Good valley view and climate. Neat and clean rooms, stayed in rock cabin valley view. Wide spread dinner. Nice south Indian breakfast. Memorable karoke singing during dinner. Friendly staff. Cheaper rates during off season weekdays. Free horse riding. More outdoor activities. Over all enjoyed our one night stay.

excellent service by staff. room and food are of 5 star level. staff are courteous. guided tours are helpful. we enjoyed our stay for 5 days. recommended highly for the ambience.

I almost liked everything here, they offered a welcome drink, there was a buggy till the room, the room was on the semi luxury side,. (chattel) there is a sit out for 2 people, wash room is decently sized, not big though, and no tub or jacuzzi.
Rooms are well sized and the sofa is thoughtful. Tv is regular 32 inch.
The breakfast and dinner is well spread, and delicious, I tried different dishes, all were yummy.
They have a bunch of activities like zipline and other minor adventure for kids/ teens a package for under 1000 all in.
What can improve, a small fridge would help. A tub in bathroom would be welcome. Service could be faster.

on 2nd june to 5th june , we have decided to take a short break with family , we choose GRT natures trails at kodai, thought will share our experience
* property is amazing and well located opt place for a leisure stay
* staff were very friendly and helpful
* food is yummy and homely ,tasty -kitchen team very efficient
