We have been renting the apartment in the first floor, obviously as the first guests after a better-than-new renovation was done. There was still the smell of fresh paint and every little detail looking like brand new, done with taste and in superior quality.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, the beds are very good. The highlight is a stylish and functional kitchen block in the living, complete with an electric oven, a Ceran cook top, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Kettle. You find everything what you need to prepare a three-course menu, including spices, cooking spoons and a complete set of plates, mugs, glasses etc., there was even a welcome-box with coffee, tea, sugar and some snacks.
The balcony is nice with bamboo table and seating, size is OK, the view goes over the private garden to the large pool and the remote sea.
We found the way to the beach a bit long, it winds through the Hotel area because the Villa is located nearer to the entrance than to the sea. But the pools are very close, one is with three good water slides (big fun not only for our kids, one slide is really fast!) but in January the water has been pretty fresh with about 18°C water temperature. In return to the way to the beach, the way to the well equipped Ragab Sons supermarket outside the hotel area is short. There are also other shops, restaurants and bars close to the hotel area. It is just a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, the Hard Rock Cafe, Burger King and quite a couple other great places and brands, shops and restaurants.
We spent there the coldest time in the year, which was still nice with 20°C bit a bit chilly in the evening. So we had no chance to check the air condition of that villa, but after everything else was just perfect, the air condition is certainly the same.
We will certainly return, likely still in 2015, because after we had been staying in quite a few villas in Egypt, this one is the best by far.
