A nice hotel we only stayed one night as had an early flight. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The A/C fan was a little loud, however the room was large and very nice. Good water pressure and hot water. The art is also very nice throught the hotel.

So I only stayed for about 6 hours waiting for a 5am flight. The hotel is nice and the room was very spacious. The bed was a little hard, but I still slept well. I liked the art throughout the hotel. It is a $5 Taxi to airport or bus station. You can walk to the malecon from the hotel easily (5-7 minutes). 2 bottles of water provided in room and they suggest you use that for drinking/brushing teeth. Bathroom had a sign saying toilet paper not to be flushed. Was not there long enough to have to worry about that. Internet says shuttle - they offer the service for a fee, but front desk said Taxi cheaper and more convenient. Younger guy at front desk was helpful and was proficient in English

I spent five nights here. what you first notice is art everywhere --some of it quite compelling. The room was perfectly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine, but not particularly special -- and dinner in the same restaurant was somewhat mediocre (though a friend had what she thought was an excellent meal). The location is a nice walk from the riverfront walk, and there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby (or a short taxi ride).

We got a great price for this hotel, $137.20 for 2 nights including breakfast. It was definitely worth this price. The staff was friendly and it was in a good location. Breakfast was average to below.

There was beautiful artwork throughout. Breakfast was decent. I'm vegan and there was plenty of fruit, juices and rice to eat. Pretty safe as there was a doorman around. You must use your key card to access your room via elevator.
