This is an amazing restaurant, ignore the poor reviews, the restaurant is booked out for days on end for a reason.
The food is not Michelin star quality, but it doesn’t and shouldn’t need to be. You come here for seafood that is amazingly well cooked and served in very generous portions. Served in a welcoming, friendly and unpretentious setting. The seafood is at least as good as you’d find in the best French Riviera restaurants for a fraction of the cost.
The service makes this place, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The owner, an ex boxer is in reality a big pussy cat.
We came here on our first night for the food, we returned every night subsequently for the service and friendly environment (and incredible food!). We will come back to the town just for this restaurant.
